Elaine is recognised for her passion and enthusiasm as a Dale Carnegie Trainer. She is skilled in delivering to a wide range of audiences and adapting to their specific needs. She delivers programmes for MNCs, SMEs, educational institutions, and NGOs, with participants ranging from entry-level staff to senior management. Over the years she has trained 3000+ participants. 

 Elaine speaks English, German, Cantonese, and Mandarin; and has delivered client solutions across Europe and Asia.
