Andy Zinsmeister has been an integral part of the team since 2014, and since January 2021, has been leading the sales and operations teams. 

Andy has had a long-standing relationship with Dale Carnegie, starting as a participant in their Generation Next program at the age of 13. He went on to become a coach for the program and was instrumental in driving the youth leadership business for the Central & Southern NJ team. As a full-time Consultant, he has been recognized with Global Sales Awards for his outstanding performance as a Rookie, Corporate Training Consultant, and for his expertise in Digital Sales Solutions. 

Andy is passionate about helping others develop their confidence and communication skills. With experience working with a wide range of professionals, from emerging college graduates to executives of Fortune 500 companies, he firmly believes that everyone has the potential to make a positive impact in their surroundings through effective communication and increased confidence. His mission as a leader is to empower organizations to thrive by developing their employees. 

Andy holds an AS in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College, is currently earning his BS in General Management from Thomas Edison State University and has a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Central Missouri. He is also a Certified Trainer of the Dale Carnegie Course, the High Impact Presentations course, and is a Certified Digital Producer.
