Radia has been a corporate training professional and consultant since 2008. She is a certified Dale Carnegie Course, High Impact Presentations, Winning with Relationship Trainer as well as a certified live online trainer and producer. She delivers in-person, live online and blended experiences for her clients. 

She has been a top performer in sales for Dale Carnegie in all 15 years, she has consistently been ranked in the Top 10 in the US and Globally & #1 in the world most recently. Some of her clients are in various industries such as R&D, Food, Financial, Manufacturing, Pharma and more.

Radia is passionate about coaching professionals to high levels of performance, and seeing them transform in their personal and professional lives. She also works closely with organizations to help them increase engagement, and retention, reduce turnover, and help individuals and companies reach higher levels of performance while capturing significant ROI. 

She is passionate about helping others and raising money for MS, food insecurity, mental health, etc and she is also Vice Chair of the South Brunswick, NJ Economic Development Committee. Radia has a BA degree from Rutgers University and is a graduate of the Somerset County Police Academy. She is fluent in English and French.
