He has well-mixed of experience both of HR consultant and HR Management for more than 15 years. As a consultant, he worked with Watson Wyatt and Gallup and developed expertise in areas of Employee Engagement, Talent and Succession Management, Leadership Development and Competency-based HR Management. He worked with various clients and industries.
While working as HR management at Thoresen Thai Agency, Greenspot, Krungsri and CP ALL, he has gained hands-on experience in Organization Development and Special projects, HR Integration (after M&A), Talent Acquisition, Change and Communication, and Talent and Succession management. What’s more, at CP ALL, he led Center of Excellence (COE) and worked on broad ranges of HR practices including HR Strategy and Analytic, Workforce management, Compensation and benefits, Performance and Career Management, and Talent and Succession Management.
In addition, Prakarn is a practitioner of Voice Dialogue “the Psychology of Selves” and consciousness. He is a certified HOGAN assessment.
