Tawee is a Certified Trainer under the curriculum of Effective Communication and Human relations, Building Teamwork, Leadership and Public Speaking under ISO 9001 standard.

With extensive experience in multinational companies, he has held leadership roles in plant production, project management, industrial park operations, environmental management, infrastructure, engineering, organizational design, IT, and product development.  

Beyond leadership, he has served as a technical specialist and organization effectiveness consultant in the Pacific region, contributed to a national master plan study (hosted by the Ministry of Energy)
